The company was established as a result of the strategic synergy of two (2) indigenous oilfield service companies: Reliance Black Gold Operating Company Limited - an integrated oil & gas service company, which focuses primarily on providing cost effective oil field services to indigenous oil companies running small projects; and Four Star Marine Nigeria Limited - a marine transportation oilfield service company incorporated in October 1996, which specializes in the operation of sea-going vessels ranging from crew-boats to anchor handling supply vessels of various horsepowers. RFSM owns and operates a fleet of marine support vessels. These vessels transport drilling materials, supplies and crews, and provide support for the construction, installation, maintenance and removal of offshore facilities and for well servicing and subsea construction. RFSM enjoys the benefit of the experience and structure of its 2 institutional promoters and seeks to sustain a high quality, well maintained fleet operating key markets, and having a team of experienced people who place strong importance on safety and quality of service. |
